Waist Beads

Traditional African accessories made of small glass beads. Waist beads are commonly used to keep women aware of changes in our bodies, especially pertaining to weight gain/loss in our midsections and hips. Traditionally, waist beads were not to be shown to the public, but were sacred and worn for husbands. There are many different meanings behind them but they awaken the femininity in us all, and make us feel super sexy.  Available in various colors, for various reasons. Can be blessed and infused with oils & herbs for protection during pregnancy, before operations, after trauma.
